Patrick Charles Murphy

Patrick Charles Murphy, 60, of Kentland, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024. He was the son of the late Bernie and Barbara (Stineman) Murphy. Despite a long and difficult journey, Pat never lost his loving and optimistic outlook, sense of humor, or charm.

 Although a native Hoosier, Pat loved Houston, Texas, where he raised three kids who all survive him: Michael Murphy (Houston), Matthew Murphy (Houston), and Emily Murphy (Houston). He was an avid sports and outdoorsman, and especially enjoyed golf and fishing. But above all else Pat loved his family. He is also survived by two sisters: Kelli (Daniel) Cordis, Cocoa Beach, FL., and Erin Murphy, Kentland. He was preceded in death by his brother Chris Murphy.

 Visitation will be from 9:30am until the Funeral Mass at 10am (CST) at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kentland, interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery Thursday, June 20, 2024 with Fr. Sean Aaron to officiate.
